Possibilities are you have actually most likely seen his images all over Instagram, Facebook, and every other social network appearing like an offseason Mr. Olympia competitor. Just recently Guys’ Health did a video on him covering his every day consuming routines so for today we’ll take a more detailed take a look at this Leviathan of a male’s food consumption. Before we dive into what fuels this +250 pounds monster of a guy let’s dive into his past a bit.

Chef Andre Rush, according to Wikipedia, is a retired United States Army Master Seargent who initially began cooking in the White Home back in 1997. Now let’s see what it needs to get as substantial as Chef Rush;

Chef Rush states it takes him about 75 minutes or so to finish the push-ups. After he’s done with his early morning pump up it’s for coffee and meal # 1 out of huge consumption of 8 substantial meals.

Meal # 1.

Kale, peanut butter, and an oatmeal protein shake, a couple of pieces of lean beef, and 24 boiled eggs( 20 entire eggs without the yolk, 4 whole). That’s his very first meal of the day. At around 6 am he consumes a Peanutbutter sandwich on toasted bread with some homemade jam and a chopped banana.

Meal # 2.

At around 11 am, the monstrous Chef goes hard in the cooking area once again, this time its lunch. Chef Rush downs 2 portions of beef, quinoa for the carbohydrates. As a side meal to the primary meal, he likewise includes sliced tomatoes, lemon juice, peppers, garlic, and an ounce of feta cheese.

Meal # 3.

Just as he’s most likely absorbed the 2nd meal, it’s time for the 3rd “larger” meal. At 2 pm Chef Rush consumes the following: half a chicken( the bones are saved for a broth), 2 to 3 ounces of steak accompanied with some plain white rice. This is, I’m thinking, his pre-workout meal as after this he goes to the fitness center to get his swole on.

Meal # 4.

After his done striking the fitness center, it’s time for another meal at around 6 pm. The post-workout meal corresponds to the other half of the sweet potatoes, broccoli, the other half of the chicken, and a protein shake.

Meal # 5.

Fortunately for me, Chef Rush states this is one of his “lighter” meals which consists of; salmon, sliced tomatoes, olive oil, black and balsamic garlic. This is the time he goes back to work … in between consuming and pumping iron, I have no concept how he has time for a 9-5 work let alone how he handled to preserve his gains while being a White Home Chef.

Meal # 6.

Protein shake time … as you might have thought, Chef Rush does not simply put whey and some oats in his protein shake. He makes a whole meal out of it.

Meal # 7.

Simply as the clock strikes midnight, he gets his last meal in. The last meal is the other half of the chicken. I’m thinking one of the following occurred; A) Male’s Health modified out the part where he discussed feasting on the 4th bird B) This was a little mistake on his part and he indicated to state 3, C) One of his meals consists of 2 entire chickens … which if real … I do not even understand how to comment.

Chef Rush went over his everyday supplement consumption and it’s the typical things men are encouraged to take. According to Chef Rush, he consumes 60% protein 20% carbohydrates and 20% fats … which would indicate that at 8000 calories a day he consumes around 1200 grams of protein per day!

Now if you are being doubtful about any or all Chef Rush’s claims, do not stress you are not alone. Both Greg Doucette and MPMD’s Derek covered the conclusion and this video is that regrettably, Chef Rush’s story does not accumulate.
